Across Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole (BCP) there are a number of Specialist Outreach providers who work cohesively together to support the Graduated Response: Tregonwell Academy and Longspee Academy provide Outreach and Graduated Response support for pupils whose needs are related to Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH): other Specialist Provisions (Montacute School, Winchelsea School, Linwood School) supporting the Graduated Response in other Code of Practice areas of pupil need.
Access to BCP Outreach is gained through the completion of an Outreach Application Form (see below), which must then be sent to [email protected] . An Outreach Triage Group meet regularly to discuss and allocate Outreach Applications, based on Graduated Need.

Diploma in Trauma & Mental Health-Informed School and Communities – Practitioner status
This programme provides delegates with key insights into the psychology and neuroscience of mental ill-health and challenging behaviour alongside vital tools and techniques in knowing how to respond to a child’s narrative of painful life events.
The programme consists of 10 sessions in Bournemouth (or online depending on the current Covid-19 situation) starting on 14th September 2020 through to 26th January 2021.
